Use this walkthrough when you are launching a campaign in JV Copilot for the first time.

Video walkthrough

Add the full video walkthrough for this tutorial here once it is recorded.

Before You Start

Have these details ready:

  • Campaign name and launch window.
  • Partner list or CSV file.
  • Sender name and sender alias.
  • Promo resources, swipe copy, and affiliate links.

Create The Campaign

Open Campaigns.
Click Create Campaign.
Enter the campaign name.
Choose a timeline, or use the no-timeline option if dates are not final.
Choose an email preset if you already have reusable campaign copy.
Click Create Campaign.

Add Campaign Details

Open the new campaign and add the details partners need before they commit:

  • Campaign description.
  • Campaign goal.
  • Promo resources.
  • Swipe copy.
  • Referral portal details.

Use labels that make the purpose of each resource clear. Partners should be able to tell the difference between swipe copy, registration links, checkout links, and asset folders.

Add Partners

Click Add Partners from the campaign page. Add existing partners, import a CSV, or add a partner group.

For a first campaign, review the partner list before launch and remove test contacts or duplicates.

Open the campaign email editor and review each partner-facing email. Confirm that the intro email, follow-up emails, dashboard link email, kickoff email, and thank-you email match the campaign.

Add campaign-specific affiliate links when partners need unique tracking URLs.

Launch

Click Launch Campaign and review the launch checklist. Fix required issues before continuing.

When you confirm launch, JV Copilot queues intro emails for campaign partners and moves the campaign into an active state.

Launch sends real emails

Confirm sender identity, partner list, promo resources, and intro email before launching.

Next Step

After launch, use the campaign page to monitor partner confirmations and resend invite emails when needed.
