Running A Live Campaign
Track confirmations, manage active partners, monitor results, use the promo calendar, and complete the campaign.
Run a live campaign from the campaign page after you click Launch Campaign.
Track Partner Confirmations
Use the partner list to see who is invited, confirmed, active, completed, declined, or opted out. Follow up with invited partners who have not submitted the confirmation form.
Open a campaign partner to review send dates, activity, affiliate link, email performance, and quick actions.
Manage Active Partners
Use partner actions to resend the invite email, send or copy the dashboard link, edit an affiliate link, or remove a partner from the campaign.
Use Resend Invite Email for partners who have not completed confirmation. Use Resend Dashboard Link or Copy Dashboard Link for partners who already need dashboard access.
Monitor Sends, Opens, And Revenue
Campaign stats show the current reporting picture for the campaign. Email sends and opens come from JV Copilot email tracking. Revenue and conversions depend on the campaign tracking setup and imported or recorded partner totals.
Empty stats usually mean missing data
Import sales, revenue, or partner totals before using campaign stats or leaderboards for final reporting.
Use The Promo Calendar
Use the promo calendar to review partner send dates across the campaign timeline. Check it before busy campaign days so you can follow up with partners who have missing or outdated dates.
Complete The Campaign
Click Complete Campaign when the promotion is finished. Review partner activity and import final results before completing if you need final reporting.
