Use test emails and launch review to check partner emails before they are sent.
Send A Test Email
Open the email editor and use the test email action when available. Review:
- Sender name.
- Subject line.
- Greeting.
- Campaign links.
- Promo resources.
- Dashboard or confirmation links.
- Formatting.
How Campaign Emails Are Sent
When you click Launch Campaign, JV Copilot queues intro emails for campaign partners.
Follow-up emails, dashboard link emails, kickoff emails, reminders, and thank-you emails depend on campaign state and partner activity. Use the campaign partner page to resend an invite or dashboard link manually when a partner needs it.
Follow-Up Sequences
Keep follow-up copy short and action-oriented. Make the confirmation link or dashboard link easy to find.
Resends are real emails
Use Resend Invite Email and Resend Dashboard Link only when you want the partner to receive another email.
