Creating & Managing Campaigns

Create a campaign, add partners, add copy and resources, set referral links, and launch.

A campaign in JV Copilot goes from setup to launch in five steps. This page walks the full flow for a fresh campaign; each step links to a deeper guide when you need more detail.

1. Set Name And Timeline

Open Campaigns and click Create Campaign.

Enter the campaign name.
Choose the campaign type.
Set a start and end date, or leave the timeline open and add dates later.
Choose an email preset if you want to start from reusable copy.
Click Create Campaign.

JV Copilot opens the new campaign page. Use Edit whenever the name, description, goal, tracking type, or timeline changes. Active campaigns can be edited, but changing the timeline can affect partner send dates and reporting.

2. Add Partners

Invite partners from the campaign page. The fastest way is to copy the campaign join link and share it so partners sign themselves up.

You can also add partners yourself — pick existing partners, add them manually, or import a CSV. For those methods, see Import Partners From CSV and the Campaign Partners guide.

3. Add Copy And Resources

Give partners everything they need to promote: swipe copy plus links, files, and notes. Both start from the Swipe copy card on the campaign page.

Swipe copy runs through the AI-powered setup. Paste or upload your original promo copy and add any instructions for how it should be adapted.

JV Copilot organizes the copy into partner-ready promo emails. Review and edit the generated emails before saving.

Add other materials — links, files, or notes — with Add materials.

Use clear labels so a partner can tell swipe copy from a checkout page, a registration page, or an asset folder.

If partners need tracking links, set them before launch. Open the Affiliate links card to manage per-partner links and add a referral portal.

Enter or import each partner's affiliate link in the manage dialog. Paste links or upload a CSV to set them in bulk.

Add a referral portal so partners can retrieve their own link and view their results.

A campaign partner can have a custom affiliate link; leave it empty to fall back to the campaign default when one exists.

Review Campaign Emails

Before launch, review the partner-facing emails. Use a campaign-specific override when this launch needs different positioning, dates, or instructions from your global preset. For the full email workflow, see Set Up Campaign Emails.

5. Launch The Campaign

Click Launch Campaign to open the launch review. Fix required issues before launching; recommended issues do not always block launch, but review them before partners receive email.
