Track A Live Campaign
Monitor confirmations, partner activity, email stats, promo dates, and campaign results.
Use this walkthrough after a campaign has launched.

Monitor Partner Confirmations
Open the campaign page and review partner statuses. Focus first on partners who have not confirmed.
Use Resend Invite Email when a partner needs the confirmation link again.
Review Partner Activity
Open a campaign partner to see activity, send dates, affiliate link, email stats, and available quick actions.
Use Copy Dashboard Link or Resend Dashboard Link when a confirmed partner needs access to their dashboard.
Use The Promo Calendar
Open the promo calendar to check upcoming partner send dates. Use it to spot missing dates, crowded launch days, or partners who need rescheduling.
Import Results
Import sales, revenue, or partner totals when results live outside JV Copilot.
After import, review campaign stats and leaderboards to confirm the totals look right.
Complete The Campaign
When campaign work is finished, click Complete Campaign. This keeps historical reporting available while making it clear the campaign is no longer active.
Next Step
