Campaign Partners
Manage partner statuses, campaign-specific links, send dates, activity, email stats, and partner actions.
A campaign partner is a partner's campaign-specific record.
Partner Statuses
Statuses move through the campaign workflow:
- Invited: the partner has been added to the campaign.
- Confirmed: the partner submitted the confirmation form.
- Active: the partner is participating in the live campaign.
- Completed: the partner's campaign work is finished.
- Declined: the partner declined participation.
- Opted out: the partner opted out.
Add Partners To A Campaign
Click Add Partners from the campaign page. Add partners individually, bulk-select existing partners, or add partners from groups.
If you import partners from CSV during setup, review names, emails, phone numbers, and notes before completing the import.
Edit Affiliate Links
Use the affiliate link action on a campaign partner to set a custom link. Leave the field empty to use the campaign default when one exists.
Update Send Dates
Partners usually submit send dates through the confirmation form. Update dates from the partner dashboard or campaign partner page when a date changes.
Resend Emails And Links
Use:
- Resend Invite Email when the partner needs the original confirmation invite.
- Resend Dashboard Link when the partner needs access to the partner dashboard.
- Copy Dashboard Link when you want to send the dashboard link yourself.
Remove A Partner
Use Remove Partner when someone was added by mistake or should not participate. Removing a partner from a campaign removes their campaign-specific record. It does not automatically delete the reusable partner profile.
View Activity And Email Stats
Open the campaign partner page to review activity, send status, campaign information, partner information, quick actions, and email stats.
