See what partners do after launch, including confirmation, dashboard updates, opt-outs, and tracking setup.
Partners receive the intro email after you launch a campaign.
Confirmation Form
The confirmation form asks partners to choose send dates, upload or confirm a headshot, and leave optional notes.
If the campaign has a timeline, partners choose dates inside the campaign window. After submission, their status updates and their dates appear in the campaign.
Partner Dashboard
Send the partner dashboard link when a partner needs to update details after confirmation. Partners can update information, change send dates, manage tracking setup, confirm sends, and opt out when those actions are available.
Rescheduling And Opting Out
Partners can reschedule send dates from the dashboard. If a partner opts out, their campaign status changes to Opted out.
Magic Tracker And Tracking Inbox
Partners can see tracking setup prompts:
- Enable Magic Tracker gives them a snippet to paste into an HTML block at the bottom of their email template.
- Confirm Your Send (Tracking Inbox) gives them a tracking email address to add as an extra recipient when they send the promo.
Tracking can be skipped
The tracking setup modals include skip options for partners who cannot add HTML blocks or extra recipients.
