Billing & Access Issues

Fix payment-required launch blocks, hidden billing, wrong workspace, and invite access issues.

Use these checks when billing or workspace access blocks the workflow.

Can't Launch Because Payment Is Required

Open Account & Billing and choose a plan. If you are in a shared workspace, ask the workspace owner to manage billing.

Can't See Billing

Check the active workspace. Billing belongs to the workspace owner, so shared workspace members do not always see billing controls.

In The Wrong Workspace

Open the workspace switcher and switch to the workspace that owns the campaign or partner records.

Invited Someone But They Can't Access The Workspace

Confirm the invite email address is correct. Ask them to open the workspace invite link and sign in with the invited email address.
