Campaign & Email Issues
Fix launch emails, test emails, sender identity, and tracking open issues.
Use these checks when campaign emails or email tracking do not behave as expected.
Partners Didn't Get Emails After Launch
Check that the campaign launched successfully and that partners have valid email addresses. Open the campaign partner and use Resend Invite Email if the partner still needs the confirmation invite.
Test Email Didn't Arrive
Check spam, promotions, and the recipient address. Confirm sender identity is set before testing again.
Sender Identity Not Set Up
Open Emails & SMS, click Edit in the sender identity row, and save the sender name and alias. If you cannot edit it, ask the workspace owner to update permissions.
Tracking Opens Not Showing
Open tracking can be delayed or blocked by email clients. Confirm tracking is enabled and that the email was actually sent through JV Copilot.
