Email Types Reference
Review the campaign email templates JV Copilot can send to partners.
JV Copilot uses several partner-facing email templates during a campaign.
| Email type | What it does |
|---|---|
| Intro email | Invites the partner to the campaign and sends them to the confirmation form. |
| Reminder / follow-up emails | Follow up when the partner has not completed the expected step. |
| Form completion email | Confirms that the partner submitted the confirmation form. |
| Dashboard link email | Sends the partner a link to their partner dashboard. |
| Kickoff email | Sends campaign-start instructions or reminders. |
| Thank-you email | Wraps up participation after campaign activity is complete. |
Review the intro email before every launch. It is usually the first message partners receive.
Check subject lines, campaign names, dates, resource links, and sender identity before sending tests or launching.
