Partner Database

The partner database stores reusable partner profiles for your workspace.

Create A Partner Manually

Open Partners and click Add Partner. Add the partner's name, email, phone number when available, and notes. Save the partner before adding them to a campaign.

Use notes for context that applies across campaigns: audience size, previous results, relationship notes, or follow-up preferences.

Import Partners From CSV

Click Import from the partner list or add-partner flow. Upload the CSV, map columns, review detected duplicates, fix missing values, and complete the import.

Recommended columns:

• Name
• Email
• Phone
• Notes

JV Copilot uses email addresses to detect existing partners. Fix invalid or duplicate emails before importing.

Edit Partner Profiles

Open a partner profile and click Edit Profile. Update profile details that should apply across campaigns.

Campaign-specific fields, such as send dates and affiliate links, belong to the campaign partner record instead of the global partner profile.

Partner Headshots

Upload partner headshots when you want polished leaderboards or partner-facing assets. You can manage headshots from partner profile and partner campaign flows where the upload action appears.
