Email presets are reusable partner email templates.

Global Presets vs Campaign Overrides

Edit a global preset when the copy should be reused across campaigns.

Edit a campaign email when the copy applies only to one launch. Campaign-specific overrides keep the original preset reusable.

Create And Manage Presets

Open Emails & SMS and click New Template. Name the preset, edit its templates, and save changes.

Use the preset actions to rename or delete a preset. If a preset is linked to campaigns, review the linked campaigns before deleting it.

Variables And Placeholders

Templates can include placeholders for sender, partner, campaign, and resource details. Do not delete placeholders unless you want to replace them with static text.

Subject Settings

Use subject line prefix when campaign emails should share a recognizable prefix. Use subject variants when you want JV Copilot to rotate between approved subject lines.
