Tracking

Track revenue, signups, email engagement, sales imports, partner totals, and Magic Tracker data.

Tracking shows campaign performance by partner.

Revenue vs Signup Tracking

Use revenue tracking when partner ranking should be based on sales value. Use signup tracking when campaign success is based on opt-ins, registrations, or conversion count.

You can choose the campaign tracking type from campaign settings where available.

Import Sales And Revenue Data

Use the sales or revenue import flow when results come from another platform. Upload a CSV, map columns, review matches, and confirm the import.

Revenue imports are limited in batches. If your file is large, split it before importing.

Import Partner Totals

Use partner totals import when you already have summarized totals per partner. This is faster than importing individual transactions when the source platform only exports totals.

Email Open And Click Tracking

JV Copilot tracks emails it sends to partners. Opens depend on email client behavior and tracking availability.

Magic Tracker

Magic Tracker gives partners a snippet to add to their email template. The tracking inbox gives partners a tracking email address to include as an extra recipient when they send a promo.

Partners can skip tracking setup if their email platform does not support HTML blocks or extra recipients.
