Sender Identity
Set up the sender name and alias used for partner emails.
Sender identity controls how JV Copilot emails appear to campaign partners.
Set Sender Name And Alias
Open Emails & SMS. In the sender identity row, click Edit. Enter the sender name and sender alias, then save.
Use a sender name partners recognize. Use a sender alias that matches the campaign owner, team, or brand.
Workspaces
Sender identity belongs to the active workspace. Switch to the correct workspace before editing it.
Workspace members need the right permission to manage sender identity. If Edit is unavailable, ask the workspace owner or a manager with sender identity access.
Troubleshooting Sender Setup
If campaign emails cannot be sent or the sender looks wrong:
- Check the active workspace.
- Confirm sender name is filled in.
- Confirm sender alias is filled in.
- Ask the workspace owner to update permissions if you cannot edit sender identity.
