Import Issues
Fix CSV import failures, duplicate partners, and group membership confusion.
Use these checks when partner import data does not look right.
CSV Import Failed
Check that the file is a CSV and includes partner names and valid email addresses. Remove empty rows and try again.
Duplicate Partners After Import
JV Copilot uses email addresses to detect existing partners. Merge or remove duplicate rows in the source CSV before importing again.
Partner Groups Not Showing Expected People
Open Partners, filter by the group, and check each partner's group assignment. A partner must be assigned to the group before group filters or group-based campaign selection include them.
